1 prenatal appointment including postpartum planning
60 hours of postpartum support
12-15 visits based on 4-5 hour shifts

Free 1 hour consultation
1 prenatal appointment including postpartum planning
20 hours of postpartum support
4-5 visits based on 4-5 hour shifts

More support can be purchased in addition to your package.
These hours can be used for additional prenatal meetings, postpartum visits, coming to appointments, or anything else you want me to attend.

**This is for parents who don’t want the full service experience of having a doula.**
Free 15 minute consultation
1 birth and postpartum planning session for non-doula clients (2-3 hours)
Topics, options and alternatives will be emailed ahead of time, and during our meeting we will discuss your preferences and additional what-if scenarios
We will go through a postpartum guide that is yours to continue using and referencing
I will email your unique birth plan

**This is for parents who want recommendations for their baby registry without doing all the research themselves.**
